Think of Coconut Kefir as the more tropical, dairy-free alternative to milk Kefir. It’s a lighter consistency, has an energizing fizz, and a refreshing tang. Coconut Kefir is a refreshingly zingy, effervescent, probiotic beverage that can be enjoyed as is or flavoured with fruits like raspberry or passionfruit. Coconut Kefir can also be used to ferment vegetables, nuts or as the starter for your sauerkraut.
